To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cyberlestari Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of XcelOps shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to XcelOps if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your subscription in accordance with your service agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
